Changed your mind? Get your money back.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a new subscription, for any reason.
Who handles it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, so refunds are paid back by Paddle, to the way you paid.
How to ask
- Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and request a refund there.
- Or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or email us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange it with Paddle.
Paddle usually processes a refund within a few days; how fast it reaches your account depends on your bank or card.
What a refund covers
- The first payment of a new subscription to Pro or Degen, if you ask within 14 days of it. An upgrade paid within those same 14 days is refunded with it.
- Once per customer. The full refund is there to try a plan without risk, so it’s given once: a later subscription with the same account or payment details isn’t refundable.
- Not renewals. A monthly renewal isn’t refundable; cancel any time under Billing and invoices on the Claude tab and no next payment is taken. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for.
- After a refund, the plan ends and your account goes back to Free. Your account and stored wallets stay.
Downgrading never costs anything, so there’s nothing to refund.
Your rights
If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days; this policy gives you at least that. Paddle may refuse a refund in cases of fraud or clear abuse, as its own refund policy describes.
