The terms for using Peeky.
Plain and short. By using Peeky, or making an account, you agree to these terms.
Who you deal with
Peeky is a service of Clarivy Creations, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Max Matsinger in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, KvK number 85527955. When you use Peeky, your agreement is with Clarivy Creations. Contact: [email protected].
What Peeky is
Peeky reads public Solana blockchain data: what a wallet holds, its transactions and their value at the time, profit and loss per coin, and trading patterns, on the website and in Claude through the Peeky connector. It only reads. It never connects to your wallet, asks for a signature, holds funds or makes trades.
Not financial advice
Everything Peeky shows is information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices come from outside sources and can be missing, late or wrong; history can be incomplete, and Peeky says so where it knows. Check anything important yourself before you act on it. Decisions you make, and their results, are your own.
Your account
An account is for one person, and you need to be 16 or older. You log in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account safe. You can delete your Peeky account at any time on the Claude tab (cancel a paid plan first).
Plans and limits
Peeky has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Degen). Each plan has monthly limits on transactions loaded and swap price lookups, a history per wallet and a number of wallets, as shown on the Claude tab. Free limits reset on the 1st of each month; paid limits on your billing day. Peeky is made for people, not for trading bots or reselling its data.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew on the same day each month until you cancel. Paddle adds the taxes that apply where you live.
- Upgrading takes effect at once; Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the paid month. Downgrading takes effect on your next billing day; nothing is charged or refunded for the change.
- You can cancel at any time under Billing and invoices on the Claude tab. Your plan then runs until the end of the month you paid for, and becomes Free after that.
- If we change the price of a plan, we tell you at least 30 days before, and the new price only applies from a billing day after that.
- Refunds: a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, once per customer; renewals aren’t refundable. Details in the refund policy.
What you may not do
- Use Peeky for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, or to harass or track people.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, including ours.
- Interfere with Peeky’s security: malware, probing for weaknesses, overloading it, scraping it or getting around its limits (for example with many accounts or automated requests).
- Resell or share access to your account.
Ownership
Peeky, its code, design and name belong to Clarivy Creations. Blockchain data is public; your account details are yours, and the privacy page says what we keep and how you can delete it.
The service
We work to keep Peeky running and correct, but we can’t promise it is always available, uninterrupted or free of errors. It depends on outside services (blockchain data, price sources, Claude) that can be slow or unavailable. We may change, add or remove features, and adjust limits, with notice where it matters to you.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Clarivy Creations isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses or decisions made using Peeky. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it. You can stop using Peeky and delete your account at any time.
Changes and law
The date at the top says when these terms last changed. If something important changes for people with an account, we email them before it applies. Dutch law applies; if you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live. Disputes go to the court in Rotterdam, unless consumer law says otherwise.
